Job Summary
Below is a job description for an RTA (Real time administrator): Proficiency on excel, word, outlook Microsoft teams Confident, professional, disciplined, self-managed team player. Proactive, punctual able to pay attention to details. Monitoring of agents on calls (Non-adherence/agent behaviour/ system manipulation). Optimize breaks, keep track monitor off phones sessions. Walking the floor to interact with TL’s, operations agents (To know what is happening on the floor). Liaise timeously with the client and operations. Proactively communicate/provide insights on all our comm’s platforms as required (Whatsapp, emails Microsoft teams) Share accurate information/reports as required by the client operations. Action acknowledge all requests coming via e-mail whatsapp. Join teams meeting that are scheduled on your calendar give insights when requested to. Minimum

Skills -Good on excel -Data analizing skills -Communication skills -Attention to details -Problem solving skills Years of experience 6months to 2years
