Key Responsibilities:
? Overseeing supplier processing, reconciliations, and payment schedules.
? Ensuring VAT compliance, including reconciliations and returns submissions.
? Managing tax-related tasks such as provisional and annual tax returns.
? Reviewing and maintaining petty cash, forex transactions, and bank reconciliations.
? Assisting with the preparation of supplier payments (local and international).
? Conducting revenue reconciliations and processing deferred revenue.
? Overseeing the fixed asset register, stock adjustments, and inventory reporting.
? Managing payroll inputs, commission processing, and intercompany accounts.
? Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and preparing monthly management accounts.
? Assisting with audit preparations and financial reporting.
? Contributing to cash flow projections and budgeting.
? Ensuring accurate financial processing and reporting up to trial balance.
? Supervising a finance team and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Requirements:
A relevant accounting Degree.
At least 6+ years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Sage, or similar systems).
Excellent knowledge of financial principles, VAT regulations, and tax compliance.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
High level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
