Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Law: LLB, BProc or B Jurus Degree (LLB, MBA Preferred)
- Intermediate computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Contract management systems
- Strong personality with an ability to get the necessary messages across (Advantageous)
- Logistics Industry knowledge
- Freight forwarding knowledge
Job Related Requirements
- 5 years Post Qualification experience in a senior position
- Admission as an Attorney
- Experience in Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Commercial Agreements and Contracts, locally and internationally
- Technical knowledge of legal structures and agreements within logistics industry
- Knowledge and Experience of Privacy Laws and Regulations with the ability to provide training to key stakeholders
