Job Summary
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading healthcare provider in Cape Town, is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their dynamic team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while providing emotional support and medical assistance within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, providing immediate care when necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate seamless patient care and recovery.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and uphold safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate patient care with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
