Research & Development Chemist is Required by a Company in RoodepoortDevelopment and improvement of food and industrial products and processes, ensuring they meet the high standards and specific requirements of our diverse clientele. This role requires a deep understanding of food and industrial processes, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.Improve existing products and processes to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase sustainability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality control to implement new processes and products.Ensure all R&D activities comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemistry and related fields.Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Assist in scaling up laboratory processes to full production scale.Conduct stability and performance testing of new and existing products.Bachelors degree in Chemistry, or a related field (Masters or Ph.D. preferred).Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the industrial industryStrong knowledge of chemistry to develop and improve manufacturing processesPlease send detailed CV in Word Format, stipulating last salary and reason for leaving last Company.
