• Create and optimize RF circuits and sub-systems to meet performance specifications.
• Utilize simulation tools to model RF behavior and perform hands-on testing and validation of RF designs in a lab environment
• Develop prototypes to test and refine RF designs, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to RF interference, signal degradation, and other performance problems.
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and compliance reports.
• Work closely with other engineers, project managers, and system engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Must have a relevant Engineering Degree
• A Master’s Degree would be advantageous
• Minimum 3 years working experience designing RF circuits and sub-systems
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and CAD Software such as Altium Designers.
• Must have sound knowledge of RF simulation tools such ADS, AWR, HFSS and CST

NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

• RF circuits and sub-systems design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Technical reports writing, design documentation, and compliance reports
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with RF lab equipment such as VNA, VSG, SA, NFA.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout using CAD packages such as Altium Designer
