Job Overview:
Hire Resolve`s client is seeking a highly organised and efficient Stores Controller to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company`s inventory and supply chain. The Stores Controller will be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all materials are stored and handled correctly.

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Monitor stock levels and order new supplies as needed
• Ensure that materials are stored and handled in a safe and efficient manner
• Oversee the receipt and distribution of goods
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce wastage
• Train and supervise store staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Proven experience as a Stores Controller or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management software
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
