To perform maintenance on trucks, trailers, and depot. As well as depot and fleet routine inspections. Repairs on truck and trailers 24-hour breakdowns (standby) Maintaining fleet and depot Repairs on truck and trailers Ordering parts and maintaining stock, collect Roadworthy and safe loading inspections Work weekends when needed. Tyre changes Health and safety inspections Fleet inspections General run around To be a team leader

Requirements:

Matric Qualification for Diesel Mechanic Valid drivers licence, Code 14 with PDP will be an advantage Must have minimum 5 years experience in the trade Must have knowledge on air brake system Must be available to work overtime and do breakdowns, when required Must be computer literate Excellent communication skills Must be able to think on your feet Goal-driven, no time wasters Team-player Able to work and thrive under pressure To go the extra mile Honest, loyal, reliable, and trustworthy.
