Key Responsibilities: Oversee budgets, cost management, and financial reporting Manage all aspects of farm production, including orchard health, crop quality, and new developments Collaborate with consultants and external partners to drive results Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure through inspections, repairs, and continuous improvements Workforce planning, training, compliance, audits, and staff well-being Build and maintain strong relationships with head office, consultants, staff, and customers Lead, support, and motivate your team, ensuring a positive and productive working environment Requirements: Proven farm management experience in production agriculture Strong leadership, administrative, and analytical abilities Solid knowledge of production, infrastructure, and people management Experience with Citrus and/or Avocados will be an advantage Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A hands-on, results-driven approach with commitment to quality and compliance
