About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Empact Group Southern Africa in Roodepoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently executing daily capturing utilizing the Worksmart system, as well as general admin duties such as typing and filing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work smart processing as per set budget and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Execute daily capturing utilizing the Worksmart system
- Assist with Debtors & Creditors
- Perform spot checking of depot stock-takes if required
- Process claims in a timely fashion
- Confirm prices with suppliers
Requirements
- Matric Business Administration qualification is advantageous
- At least 2 years bookkeeping experience
- Customer relations experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience working on WorkSmart
Qualifications
- Business Administration qualification (Matric or higher recommended)
- Computer literacy on Ms Office is essential
