About the Role
Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking a highly skilled Document Controller to join our team in Roodepoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation across all project phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage documents across project phases: start-up, design, procurement, execution, and handover
- Ensure SOP adherence in plant environments
- Perform automated sampling procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve documentation issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a document control role
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 13485, FICA, ESG standards)
- Good computer literacy in MS Office and administration skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate/Grade 12
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or related field
- Document control and Project Management certification advantageous
