Knowledge/Education Requirement: Matric Certificate/ Grade 12; Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Records Management or related field; Document control and Project Management certification would be advantageous.Experience and other Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years in a document control role, preferably within engineering, construction or mining sectors; Experience managing documentation across all project phases: start-up, design, procurement, execution, and handover; Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 13485, FICA, ESG standards); Exposure to automated sampling procedures and SOP adherence in plant environments is beneficial; Good computer literacy (MS Office), administration and housekeeping skills are essential; Attention to detail Valid medical fitness certificate – Fit for movement in plants; Strong organizational and time management abilities; Effective communication and stakeholder engagement; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Send CV in MS Word and SAPS Certified copies of qualifications and ID in PDF.
