Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and estimates for private sector and retail projects.
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities using WinQS/Dimex software.
- Monitor project budgets, identify cost variances, and recommend corrective measures.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify progress and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in private sector and retail projects.
- Proficiency in WinQS and Dimex software is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
