About the Role
Bilnor Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee and support Site Managers across all operational sites within the designated region. The successful candidate will ensure consistency in operational standards and execution, act as a key communication link between senior management and site operations, and monitor and support Site Managers in meeting KPIs, budgets, and performance targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in mining operations, including 3+ years in a senior management/oversight role.
- Proven experience in open-cast mining (crushing, screening, load & haul).
- Solid understanding of Manganese, Coal, and Iron Ore mining processes.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
