Job Description
Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Arrange regular meetings with clients to review their financial plans and goals.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain consistent and ongoing client communication.
Financial Planning Support:
- Collaborate with financial planners to create and update client financial plans.
- Compile client documents and summaries for portfolio management.
- Compile and distribute documentation on request.
- Generate client plans and portfolios.
Client Onboarding:

- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Gather and verify client information and documentation.
- Collecting and maintaining client records and information
- Set up client accounts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
Client Retention:
-
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
- Implement strategies to retain clients and enhance their loyalty.
Compliance and Documentation:
-
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements.
- Generating and completing of needs internal and external agreements and documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Adhere to all company processes and policies
Systems
-
- Maintenance and uploading of client records and profiles on a continuous basis.
- Maintaining of system information
- Maintain system integrity and security
Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend training sessions as required to stay updated on industry practices and regulations.
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone communications professionally.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Adhere to all company processes and policies to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office management software.
- Ability to handle financial transactions and compliance.
- Experience in client service and administrative tasks.
