Rustenburg: Engineering Foreman

Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the engineering team Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Inspect equipment and machinery to identify and address issues Train and mentor junior staff members Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines and goals Requirements: Proven experience as an Engineering Foreman in the mining industry Valid Trade Certificate (Diesel Mechanic will be advantageous) Knowledge of underground mining operations and equipment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively Certification in Engineering or a related field
