Key Responsibilities: – Lead financial strategy and planning. – Manage international reporting lines and ensure compliance with global standards. – Partner with operational leaders to drive performance, cost optimisation, and business insights. – Oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and governance frameworks. – Implement and optimise SAP processes to enhance financial controls and efficiencies. – Navigate and lead within a multicultural environment, ensuring collaboration across diverse teams. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: – CA(SA) non-negotiable. Experience: – Minimum 810 years post-articles experience within mining or heavy industry. – Proven experience working with international reporting structures. – Strong strategic finance and business partnering exposure. – Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Skills: – Advanced SAP experience essential. – Strong analytical, commercial, and operational finance capability. – Ability to operate in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
