The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation’s master data records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems and databases.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain master data records in various databases and systems.
• Perform data cleansing and de-duplication activities to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data management best practices.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in master data management or data administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data management tools and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
• Certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
