About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join their team in East London, Eastern Cape. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day project and maintenance tasks, working closely with Senior Developers to analyze requirements, plan solutions, and execute them. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in quick turnarounds and low return rates, applying both technical and logical thinking to each task.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform programming and related tasks, which include:
- Planning, Estimations and Implementation
- Writing code
- Debugging errors
- Testing
- Technical Investigations
- Write technical documentation
- Communication with stakeholders
- Provide development support to Senior Developers
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Junior Developers
- Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Continuous Improvement of:
- Skills and Ability
- Work Throughput
- Communication
- Return Rate (Target Less than 10%)
- Estimations
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
- Degree or Diploma in Information System
- Suitable Alternative
- Microsoft Certifications Advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required
