• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct on-site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored engineering solutions.
• Drive new business development to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Liaise with internal engineering teams to ensure accurate solutions and project support.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals.
• Provide after-sales support and technical consultation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bsc or BEng Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role within the engineering sector.
• Proven experience within the mining sector. 
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex solutions into customer value.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
