About the Role

We’re seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and coach our sales team in Rustenburg, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving company sales goals. They will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, setting quotas, analysing data, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure a strong pipeline.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
