Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Graduate to take on the role of Sales Team Lead. This is an onsite position based in Springs, South Africa, ideal for someone with a strong sales foundation and a passion for team leadership. A lift club is available from Pretoria.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a local sales team of six staff members

• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure performance targets are met

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals

• Provide regular coaching and support to the sales team

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams

Key Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Effective team leadership and organizational capabilities

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Results-oriented mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments

• Minimum of three years of proven experience in a sales role (open to various industries)

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

• Willingness to work onsite full-time in Springs
