Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated and knowledgeable Salesman to join our clients’ team, specializing in truck and car parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts, excellent customer service skills, and a drive to meet sales targets. This role involves counter sales, assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing orders, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers with automotive part inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and compatibility of parts for various truck and car models.
• Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems and manage inventory records.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Follow up on quotes and ensure timely delivery of ordered parts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to adjust sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.

Attend product training and stay updated with new automotive technologies and parts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in automotive parts sales.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, aftermarket parts, and OE part identification.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Advantageous:

• Knowledge of automotive spares or mechanical components.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail or workshop environment
