SENIOR Beauty Spa Manager needed in Sandton MUST have Health & Skincare / Beauty Qualifications. 3-8 years working experience in a busy Salon/5 Star Spa as a Spa Manager. MUST have hands-on experience with ESP Systems, & good Administrative skills. MUST have hands-on experience with S pa Targets, Revenue, Stocktake/ Control, Spa Marketing, & Promotion. Experience in Stats, Figures, Audit & Generating revenue. MUST have experience with Staff Management, etc. Hands-on experience with Spa Operations. Excellent communication skills. Must be motivated & have customer service experience. Must be Retail-driven. Knowledge of the Beauty industry is a MUST. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
