Sandton: Associate Attorney – Labour and Employment Law

Minimum requirements: LLB degree (postgraduate qualification in Labour Law/Industrial Relations advantageous) 35 years post-admission experience in labour and employment law , with proven experience handling complex disputes Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa , in good standing Strong experience conducting disciplinary hearings as both chairperson and initiator/prosecutor Extensive experience in Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court matters , including reviews, appeals, and urgent applications Strong advocacy, drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Fluency in English ; proficiency in an additional South African language is advantageous Consultant: Jeanine Lombard – Dante Personnel East Rand
