• Ongoing maintenance of all client and asset documentation, both physical and digital
• Invoicing and Account Management
• Debit Order Management
• NATIS License and Registration Management
• Engaging with clients for new applications and service
• Handling of all administrative duties

• Proven experience in administration, office assistant or relevant role in the motor industry
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
• Outstanding communication, attitude and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Working hours 8:30am to 5pm
• Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!!
