Job Summary
Duties:
- Ongoing maintenance of all client and asset documentation, both physical and digital
- Invoicing and Account Management
- Debit Order Management
- NATIS License and Registration Management
- Engaging with clients for new applications and service
- Handling of all administrative duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, office assistant or relevant role in the motor industry
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
- Outstanding communication, attitude and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Working hours 8:30am to 5pm
- Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!!
