Job Summary
Position Overview:As a Booking Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our repair team. Your role will be key in providing a smooth, customer-centered experience from initial contact to final service.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to answer inquiries and schedule appointmentsAccurately log and update appointment details in the booking systemCoordinate appointment schedules with technicians to maximize efficiencyFollow up with clients for feedback and service completion updatesProvide clear information on service timelines, costs, and process expectationsMaintain a warm, professional demeanor to create a positive customer experience
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven ability to multitask and manage time effectivelyPrior experience in customer service or booking coordination is preferredFamiliarity with CRM or booking systems is a plusDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solvingProficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
