Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Call Coordinator / Administrator who is responsible for managing and coordinating communication, within a service or support environment. Their role includes a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between teams and clients. What youll do: Ticket Management Administration Reporting Quality control SLA Management Direct User communication verbally and written Your expertise: 1-2 years of administrative work experience via Service Desk, Call Coordinating or similar.
