Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Call Coordinator / Administrator who is responsible for managing and coordinating communication, within a service or support environment. Their role includes a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between teams and clients. What youll do: Ticket Management Administration Reporting Quality control SLA Management Direct User communication verbally and written Your expertise: 1-2 years of administrative work experience via Service Desk, Call Coordinating or similar. Good communication skills and fluent in English verbally and written Good communication skills and fluent in English verbally and written Attention to Detail Self-sufficient Qualifications required: Grade 12 Soft skills Computer and MS Office Literate (Administrative Certificate) Qualifications preferred : ITIL Foundation V3 A+ N+ Other information applicable to the opportunity: Permanent Position Location : Sandton (Onsite) Work environment : Office Building, floors with access to stairs.
