Sandton: Commercial Analyst

You will act as the financial and technical business partner to the Supply Chain and Marketing functions, reporting to the Head of FP&A. This role is responsible for managing, integrating, and optimising pricing and BOM files, while driving automation and process improvements that support commercial accuracy and profitability. The role sits at the centre of Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Logistics, Point-of-Sale providers, and franchise stakeholders, requiring strong analytical capability, technical aptitude, and confidence in managing complex, high-value data across multiple regions. Exposure to African markets or multi-country operations is highly advantageous. Essential Requirements 35 years experience within QSR, FMCG, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments BCom with CIMA (preferred) or BEng Industrial with additional financial qualifications CA designation not required Strong technical aptitude with proven systems, automation, or process improvement exposure Advanced Excel capability and a close attention to detail Proven ability to manage pricing, BOMs, variances, rebates, and cost impacts Experience working across African markets or multiple regions with high-value datasets Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills “Looking for a role that aligns with your package expectations, job level, or industry expertise?
