Job Summary

Our client has an opportunity available for a Contracts Coordinator based in Rivonia.

Requirements:

Matric
Relevant diploma or degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
Paralegal certificate would be advantageous.
2+ years supervisory level experience.

Responsibilities:

Actively monitor, observe, and track key contracts deliverables.
Ensure the monthly submission of reports.
Generate formal and ad hoc reports by completing report templates and responding to specific request.
Respond to client queries in a timely manner.
Provide regular updates to the client on corrective actions where applicable.
Give feedback on performance to team members.
Manage conflict between team members.
Attend meetings as required.
Keep up breast of changes in a role to be able to manage the impact of those changes.
Flag and debate issues constructively.
