About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team as a Centurion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and commercial matters, with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents
- Provide exceptional support to attorneys and other staff members
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and meetings as required
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems and procedures
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a law firm, handling litigation and commercial matters
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
