What Youll Be Rocking Daily:

• Lead the charge as the Mining Program Architect, ensuring all technical solutions align with the big-picture strategy and are adopted across application projects.
  
• End to End Mining Program Architect ensures all technical solutions align with the program`s goals and strategy and are adopted by governance forums across application projects.
  
• The Program Architect collaborates with stakeholders across areas
  
• Supports teams across requirements, solution architecture, integration architecture and procurement.
  
• Deep understanding of mining application stacks to identify gaps and to promote reuse of existing clients assets
  
• Role assumes cross domain expertise in bringing together the target together with all the moving parts.
  
• Guides and assists architects in architectural documentation, modelling including use of tools and practices
  
• Guides execution of projects in the design process to maintain alignment to standards

Your Superpowers:

• Deep understanding of mining processes, systems and tools
  
• Technical advisory
  
• Strong data-driven consulting with a focus on business and technology value architecting and realization.
  
• Ability to work in both waterfall and agile delivery models
  
• Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments. Commercial acumen in terms of aligning and articulating the cost of EA and IT work with its business and IT value and maintaining the cost vs value balance throughout delivery Experience and understanding of core Enterprise Architecture subject matter.
  
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture advisory and/or implementation.
  
• Pro-actively acquired business knowledge beyond a technical role
  
• Ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives to communicate complex ideas and drive engagement
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to the technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
• Deep mining end to end expertise across value chain (and application stacks)

Your Ticket to Enter:

• Degree (or Honours) in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent.
  
• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or a global tech services role.
  
• TOGAF 9 or 10? ArchiMate v3.2?
