Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership to teams, ensuring the professional growth of junior lawyers and promoting a collaborative work environment.

- Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting and profitability of legal engagements.
Requirements:
- LLB or equivalent, with admission as an attorney in South Africa.
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a partner or senior leadership role.
- Proven ability in business development with a substantial client following.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience mentoring legal teams.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and firm profitability.
- Expertise in legal trends and regulations, particularly in corporate, commercial, litigation, or real estate.
