About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with more than 8 years of project management experience to lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects across various disciplines, including Information Technology, Engineering, Property, or Business Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects aligned to business strategy.
- Implement and manage Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management frameworks.
- Ensure accurate cost estimation and effective budget control.
- Manage scope, change control, and benefit realization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance meetings.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.
- Engage and manage diverse stakeholder groups across multiple business areas.
- Conduct impact assessments across processes, systems, and organizational roles.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, quality metrics, and status reporting.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and control standards.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adequate resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately to senior management.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Essential)
Certifications
- Professional Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (Essential)
- Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe (Preferred)
