Job Description
Required for high volume family restaurant & function venue
Salary is highly negotiable

Strong proficiency in GAAP essential
Min 5 years proven experience in a senior management role within a high-volume restaurant environment
Track record of successfully managing restaurants with turnovers exceeding R3 million per month
Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage large teams effectively
Currently employed in same/similar role
