Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client is seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Head of Technology with deep expertise in the Salesforce platform to lead our technical team. In this strategic role, you will drive Salesforce integration, architecture, and customization projects, ensuring they align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on Salesforce development and architectural skills with strong leadership abilities to manage technical teams and client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and strategic objectives.
- Define project roadmaps, allocate resources, and oversee successful delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience).
- Manage technical planning, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), data modeling, and integration best practices.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the team and stakeholders, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Implement quality standards for testing, debugging, and release management.
- Optimize project delivery processes using cutting-edge technologies and tools for seamless integration and efficiency.
Requirements
Experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years of Salesforce expertise.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and leading technical teams in roles like VP of Engineering or Technical Lead.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Expertise in data integration with tools like Mulesoft or custom APIs.
- Salesforce Application Architect, Platform Developer, and/or Integration Architect certifications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations, including data governance and compliance.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks, with expertise in release management.
