• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP GRC Access Control 12.0 and SAP IAG.
• Engage directly with clients to understand business needs and deliver SAP solutions across the landscape.
• Manage SAP security across multiple modules including BI/BW, FI, HCM, SuccessFactors, and GRC.
• Design and build complex roles using PFCG, incorporating advanced restrictions and RSECADMIN.
• Perform user and authorization maintenance using LSMW and custom scripts.
• Conduct SAP security technical audits and provide advisory on process evaluations.
• Maintain and update authorization objects and transaction codes via SU24.
• Administer user access provisioning through CUA.
• Produce and analyze reports using SUIM and relevant SAP security tables (AGR*, USR*), including custom queries.
• Support troubleshooting efforts using SU53, SM19/20, and ST01.
• Create and deliver monthly audit reports.
• Collaborate with functional teams and developers to provide technical support and configuration insights.
• Assist in security gap analysis, defect management, and risk mitigation.

What we are looking for:

• Completed IT / BSc degree or other related fields
• 5 years experience as SAP Consultant
• Strong expertise in SAP Authorizations, Access Management, and Role-Based Permissions (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP GRC, SAP IAG, SAP HCM, and other SAP applications.
