Job Description
- 10+ years’ generalist HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or mining
- 3–5 years in a senior/ executive HR leadership role
- Strong, proven industrial relations experience in unionised environments
- Experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Confident operating strategically and on the ground
- Relevant tertiary qualification (post-grad is advantageous)
On-site presence required — therefore this individual must be based in or willing to travel to Sasolburg 2–3 times/week
