Job Title: Insulation Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves):
– Strong technical background in insulation.
– Local candidates only.
– Must have access to Sasol and Natref sites.
– Reference checks will be conducted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement insulation project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage and supervise insulation crews and subcontractors on-site.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and insulation requirements.
• Select appropriate insulation materials based on project and environmental needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress reports.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and other departments to coordinate activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during installation.
• Forecast material requirements and manage procurement processes.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Participate in project meetings and progress reviews.
• Provide training and mentorship to insulation staff when needed.
