Short Description / Purpose of Job:

Ensure that the technical QA/QC fields of expertise are executed according to the specifications and agreed scope of work: Management of Service Providers. Verification of quality and quantity of service delivered. Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Contract Management

Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities:

• Providing feedback to customers with regards to time, cost, and quality
• Challenge service providers on schedule, budget, scope, quality, or safety standards for efficiency of delivery and maintenance of high standards.
• Manage service providers’ performance and implement corrective actions.
• Track usage of materials for accuracy of billing.
• Validate the accuracy of job cards or invoicing.
• Ensure payments are processed.
• Establishing good customer relationships with plant owners.
• Participate in quarterly meetings with vendors and supply chain to assess and review contract scopes when needed.
• Understand and address customer requirements and ensure that the customers obtain regular feedback.
• Clear and regular communication to all stakeholders, including line managers and team members.

Formal Education:

High School / School Diploma or similar

Min Experience:

3+ relevant years
