We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Banqueting Coordinator to join our team at our resort in Scottburgh. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all banqueting functions, conferences, and special events. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure seamless event execution. Work closely with the Food & Beverage and Operations teams to deliver outstanding service. Prepare function sheets, manage event logistics, and ensure set-ups are completed to standard. Monitor event progress, resolve any issues promptly, and maintain guest satisfaction. Handle post-event follow-ups, billing, and client feedback. Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate Previous experience in banqueting, events, or hospitality coordination (hotel/resort experience preferred). Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Knowledge of event management systems will be an advantage.
