About the Role
Efficiency Staffing Solutions, a leading provider of temporary staffing solutions, is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular project progress meetings and prepare status reports.
- Ensure high standards of quality throughout the project including conducting inspections and ensuring that all work meets the required specifications.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Electrician Red Seal Certification.
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in electrical work.
- A strong understanding of electrical systems, safety regulations and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

- National Senior Certificate (Matric).
