About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Communicate Finance in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a finance partner to operations, production, and commercial teams, you will play a crucial role in providing financial guidance and support to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a finance partner to operations, production, and commercial teams
- Prepare monthly divisional management accounts
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Support the preparation of management reports and dashboards for senior management
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Maintain and update forecasts in response to changing conditions and performance trends
- Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis, and investigate deviations for management
- Contribute to costing analysis
- Analyse multi-currency results, cost structures, and margins to support transfer pricing considerations
- Consolidate foreign entity performance analysis and management accounts with local results for group-level review and reporting

- Registered CA(SA) / AGA(SA) / PA(SA) or ACMA, CGMA or BCom Accounting/Bcompt Accounting degree
