Job Summary
- Manage and maintain accurate costing systems for manufacturing processes
- Perform detailed reconciliations of costs and stock, including variance analysis
- Support production teams with value-driven financial reporting and insights
- Conduct stock reconciliations and identify losses or inefficiencies
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes, especially within BOM and value chain analysis
- Provide financial input on project planning and business improvement initiatives
- Liaise with Financial and Production Managers to ensure alignment of operational and financial objectives
What Do You Need?:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a costing or manufacturing accounting role
- Relevant qualification (e.g., BCom or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials), industry dynamics, and value chains
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Excel (or other ERP/financial systems)
- Highly analytical, assertive, and results-driven with the ability to meet daily deadlines
- Experience in both financial and operational environments (e.g., maintenance, production)
