Job Description
- At least 3 years of sales experience within an automotive dealership environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive, energetic attitude
- Preferably stays within a 30km’s travelling distance from Paarl.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and explain product features
- Negotiate pricing, finance, and trade-in offers in a professional manner
- Follow up with leads and maintain contact with past and potential customers
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
- Process necessary documentation for sales and finance agreements
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, admin, service) to ensure a smooth sales process
