Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, and pedicures

• Maintain a professional, warm, and welcoming environment for all guests

• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments

• Promote and upsell spa products and treatments to meet monthly sales targets

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa

• Assist with reception duties when required

• Keep updated with the latest beauty and wellness trends

• Ensure client confidentiality and deliver exceptional service consistently

• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient spa operation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Spa Therapist

• Internationally recognized beauty therapy qualification (e.g. CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)

• Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Passion for wellness, beauty, and delivering five-star guest experiences

• Well-groomed, professional, and punctual

• Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required

• Proven ability to meet retail and treatment targets
