Requirements: Grade 12 Advantageous: Certificate or Diploma in the related industry Ideally 2 years` experience in service industry Responsibilities: Daily control and follow up on all routes services to ensure services stays up to date. Plan routines accordingly when faced with holidays, to ensure that all services stay up to date. Liaising with and supplying services to clients to keep them informed of scheduled visits. Updating routing of clients when changes are required. Supervise and assisting with loading and offloading of vehicles as well as checking paperwork, stock match, and signing off on checks done. Managing of fuel cards and petrol slips on weekly basis. All slips are to be accounted for. Managing of weekly vehicle checklists.
