Hire Resolves client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Milking Machine Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing milking equipment used in dairy farms. Your work will ensure the equipment functions smoothly, maximizing production efficiency and animal welfare.

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, test, and maintain milking machines and related dairy equipment, ensuring they are functioning at optimal levels.
• Repairs: Diagnose and repair malfunctions or issues with milking machines, pumps, pipelines, and other dairy equipment.
• Routine Inspections: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on milking machines and other machinery to identify and resolve any potential issues before they impact operations.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly respond to malfunctions or breakdowns to minimize downtime, using troubleshooting skills to find the cause and implement effective solutions.
• Training: Provide training and support to farm staff on the proper use and maintenance of milking equipment.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections to comply with farm regulations and industry standards.

• Proven experience as a milking machine technician or in a similar technical role (e.g., electrical or mechanical equipment technician).
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair dairy equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in electrical mechanical maintenance, agricultural technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a dairy farm or with milking equipment.
