Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a National Diploma or Degree in Agriculture CropLife or BASOS accreditation will be an advantage Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a similar role Must be computer literate in Microsoft applications The successful candidate will be responsible for: Developing and implementing strategies for business growth within the area. Designing and developing innovative products with the product development team. Providing technical advice to agents on the use of products on various crops. Helping distributors to develop solutions for crops. Helping to manage logistics and supply chain arrangements for depots regarding stock. Managing forecasts within the area for each depot or sales agent. Providing training on company products or crops for study groups or distributors. Managing and controlling consignment stock in depots to increase sales and reduce stock levels (in coordination with the logistics department). Visiting all agents allocated to the area from time to time (at least once every 12 months, depending on the number of agents). Doing demonstration trials and reporting on results.
