Job Summary
Key Performance:
- Preparation of management reports monthly.
- Preparing invoices and submitting to customers timeously for payment.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist ad manage liaisons for annual audits.
- Balance sheet recons.
- Treasury management – daily, weekly and monthly cash flow planning.
- Maintain transactions from operational system to finance system.
- Mitigate any corrections after deadlines.
- Forecasting/budgeting preparation of schedules.
Requirements:
- Senior certificate (NQF 4)
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.
- Computer literate (excellent MS Office, excel and pastel package skills).
- Experience with multi-currencies USD, ZMW and ZAR.
- Bookkeeping to trial balance.
- Experience in local and foreign cash books.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders in the company – from junior to executive level.
- Own transport and driver’s license.
- Verbal/written communication skills.
- Detail orientated and organised.
- Adapt in prioritising and multitasking.
