Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to clients. Develop tailored strategies for investments, retirement planning, risk management, and estate planning. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring ongoing service excellence. Conduct financial needs analyses to identify client requirements and recommend suitable products. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Stay up to date with industry trends, financial products, and legislative changes. Manage client portfolios effectively, reviewing and adjusting plans to meet evolving needs. Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead-generation initiatives. Minimum Requirements: Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification in financial services (essential). Successfully completed RE5 Regulatory Examination . FAIS compliant and must meet the Fit & Proper criteria. At least 12 years experience in the insurance, investments, or financial planning industry. Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills. High ethical standards, integrity, and a client-first approach. Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to financial planning tools is advantageous. Key Competencies: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Results-driven, motivated, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to adapt to changing client needs and regulatory requirements. Confident presentation and negotiation skills. Attractive Income & Commission Structure: Training allowance or medium-term fixed income package available for qualifying candidates. Direct commission payments with flexible payment frequency options (daily, weekly, or monthly).
